AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION (AHA) COURSES: (PRIVATE: 1-on-1 ratio or GROUP: 1-10 ratio) 2 COURSE STYLES: We offer "IN-PERSON" classes conducted in a traditional classroom setting or "BLENDED" (1/2 Online, 1/2 In-Person) classes that combine self-paced online learning with an in-person skills session to practice and certify hands-on skills related to CPR, BLS, and First Aid. All Taylor CPR Services AHA CERTIFICATION COURSES come with an official student handbook or E-book, along with an AHA registered course completion E-card or certificate valid for 2 years. Classes are taught and observed by a CERTIFIED AHA INSTRUCTOR and consist of instruction and standard hands-on training on all equipment and techniques necessary for class completion. Taylor CPR Services can CUSTOMIZE A CLASS based on your needs, whether that be ONLY taking CPR/AED/CHOKING PROCEDURES or SPECIFIC AREAS of the FIRST AID COURSE, which include certain emergency treatments for drug overdose, asthma, allergies, diabetes, epilepsy, heart attack, stroke, minor & severe bleeding, broken bones and sprains, burns/bites/stings, water safety, etc. FAMILY & FRIENDS COURSES: (Cheaper Rates with a Course Participation Card) valid for 1 year. The FAMILY & FRIENDS COURSES are designed for those whose needs DO NOT require an official AHA approved course completion card, such as church volunteers, preschool teachers, instructors or coaches, homeschool co-op classes, restaurant workers, etc. For those who simply want to learn how to help in emergency situations, we offer classes taught by an AHA instructor that cover specific hands-on skills, techniques, and applicable information for an in-person class. Before booking, please check if a course participation card is sufficient for your job needs or if you should pursue the AHA Heartsaver Certification class or the AHA Heartsaver Total OSHA compliant course. AHA/OSHA APPROVED CLASSES: These more in-depth courses can either be BLENDED (1/2 online, 1/2 in-person) or 100% IN-PERSON TRAINING by an official AHA INSTRUCTOR. We offer BLS TRAINING & CERTIFICATION specifically for the HEALTHCARE FIELDS, including pharmaceutical workers, physicians, nurses, dentists, first response teams (paramedics & EMT, police & fire dept), among others. We also provide the AHA STANDARD HEARTSAVER courses, which consist of EITHER an ADULT, CHILD, INFANT CPR/AED CLASS or a separate FIRST AID procedures course. Additionally, we offer the AHA HEARTSAVER TOTAL, a specific training option that is OSHA compliant and includes BOTH the CPR/AED & FIRST AID procedures taught in one certification course.
